Baby Pumpkin

A Pumpkin is a gourd-like squash of the genus Cucurbita with a firm rigid stem. Pumpkins vary in shape. A Baby Pumpkin can be as small as one's hand. Their orange colour is derived from the orange pigments abundant in them. The main nutrient are lutein, alpha- and beta-carotene. They generate vitamin A in the body.
Pumpkins are not only used in the kitchen, they also play an important role as lanterns during Halloween.
