Common mushroom

The common mushroom, also knows as cultivated mushroom, table mushroom or button mushroom, is an edible mushroom that naturally occurs in grasslands, fields and meadows. The mushroom is white with a white cap, stalk and flesh and brown gills. Common mushrooms are rich in vitamins and minerals. The mushroom contains a high amount of vitamin B and potassium.
